The Giant Drill is a 7x7 tile device that can drill to a depth of 8 blocks, mining out the material in a planetoid or island of the resources found, similar to the starting drill.
The Giant Drill mines out an area of 7x5x8(WxDxH).
As with the regular Drill, the Giant Drill can mine through player-placed floor panels without removing them.
